USA B2 Tourist Visa | Visit the USA, Travel to USA, Live in USA
The B2 visa
US visas like this can also be described as "visitor for pleasure" visas. However this version covers men and women entering into the U.S. for practical reasons like health grounds, checking out family members, and in order to be involved in quick school programmes plus those coming as travelers. B-2 visas are generally granted for a length of 1 to 10 years, where the person in question is allowed to undertake a variety of entries in the USA so as to pursue authorised B2 visa exercises (tourism, visiting friends, health reasons etc.).
Any visit to the U.S. will probably be limited to a period of under half a year and B2 visa owners are not titled to work rights. In some cases this amount of stay could be prolonged by an additional six months; yet in both classes, individuals have to be in a position to demonstrate that their tour to the United States of America is intended as a short-term one.
An applicant's visitation length interval on any trip is decided by the Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) officer at a U.S. port of entry and is determined by a stamp on the applicant's I-94 card. Each person has to depart the U.S. by the date mandated on the I-94 card. When applications are considered significant consideration is paid to demonstrable proof that the applicant is without the intention of giving up their residence in their home country and that all intend and hope to support anyone on the US visa during their visit to the USA and to leave ahead of the expiration of their US visa.
An applicant's objective to go on residing in their home country can be backed up by proof of family ties, property ownership, jobs or any information which suggests that an applicant is absolutely linked to their homeland.
The Visa Waiver Pilot Program
The USA Visa Waiver Program enables nationals of collaborating nations to come into the USA for a period of up to ninety days without a visa, if they are in possession of a machine-readable passport and a non-refundable return ticket or a ticket to a subsequent destination, with the exception of Canada (and people on Canada visas).
Vacationers may register for authorization via the internet through ESTA, an online application implemented by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). All UK citizens interested in travel to the U.S. in the future are encouraged to apply at some point, to beat out others on UK visas. Suitable people seeking to go to the United States under the VWP may apply for permission via the ESTA website.
Spouses and dependents aren't allowed to have a "Dependant Visa" to join the USA visa holder, but they may be able to secure their own B2 visas in order to do so. If a B2 holder's dependents are applying to join the principle, they must qualify for and obtain their own U.S. visa.

I recommend you start your search at the US Embassy, so that you can obtain the proper visa and undergo the processing required.

INS Agent and How to Get INS Agent Jobs
The INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service) was previously seen as a subsidiary of the Department of Justice. Since September 11, 2001, they have become part of the Homeland Security Department.
Immigration has become a very important part of the ever changing culture in the United States. Those who want to enter the United States must do so legally and obtain the proper documentation or work visa to remain in the US. Customs and border agents have become the frontline defense against those who want to enter the USA illegally.
What does it take to become an INS agent?
Those who want to become INS agents should know that they are the first act of a very important part in securing our nations future. An INS agent works with people immigrating into the United States. Since the INS has become part of the Homeland Security Department, the laws have changed. An INS agent also helps to enforce the laws created to regulate and see that the admission of aliens into the United States is handled with the utmost importance.
The INS also works with state agencies, the United Nations and the Department of Health and Human Services. They deal with admitting and resettling refugees. INS agents help to keep the laws current regarding immigration and they teach those laws to aliens who want to become US citizens. INS agents help to secure work visas and review current status cases of those who have entered the USA on such provisions.
Many INS agents work with local law enforcement to help ensure that those who have been issued visas comply with the timeframe given. If laws are broken under those provisions, they help in deportation of said individuals.
What does it take to get an INS agent job?
There are many departments within the INS; there are border patrol agents, immigration agents and deportation officers. Finding the right fit for you will be determined by your background, education, or your field experience.
If you are deciding on a career in the INS and you have worked customer service, you will probably want to apply for a border patrol agent. Although they are often the first people that aliens see, there is a misconception about what their role has become.
Border patrol agents are only enforcing the laws to protect the United States against terrorist attacks. Some patrol agents often find aliens wondering around in the dessert dehydrated and alone. They do not turn away those entering our country. They take them to the processing hub and begin the evaluation process to determine if a person is going to be allowed into the United States.
As you can see above, this is a job that is people oriented. Those that have interest in working with people should consider this INS agent career. If this sounds like you, then you need to do more reading on the profession. You should visit websites that cover the profession in more detail. You will gain the information you need to be ahead of your competition.
