Promotion Jobs Description
Promotion Jobs Description
feel my job is going nowhere ... some have to stay here for a while, though?

I just got a new boss, a description of new features, do not promote a 4% increase. My boss told me to take courses project mgmt and I'll be doing more than that, I asked hour said theyd need to sit with me and find out why I make these ... I wonder if that has not yet decided to do a masters course to reimburse me. I do not know why they should join me in this regard. I feel like I'm not valued in my company. Been four years, leaving the song right now since I'm in school. What I do?

I think you should finish school. . Completing his masters while working demonstrates the determination and willingness to put in considerable effort considerably above what is normally required. Some of the enterprise should measure. Sound to me that you and your former boss was to obtain a master's degree in any field master's degree in a major step in his career, but changed jobs now that "they" (which I take to be its new chief and his department heads or human resources) have a need to justify their masters regard to your current job or career path. Do not think it's rare that a situation. You should come prepared to this meeting ready to discuss its long-time career plan. If you do not have a beginning a career plan. Even if you are planning to leave the company you should consider an alternative scenario where it will stay with the company for at least five or ten years. You should only talk about this scenario. If you really feel that they are valued at the company, you should ask yourself what could make the boss to feel more valued. If you think in the ream of possibility, you should consider speaking at the meeting. I For many people feel more appreciated if the boss wanted contributions and explained some of the reasons for their decisions.
