im 20 years of age.I have a girlfriend for the last year , fell for her blah blah. as u might know ireland has crashed into a recession and there is no work or opportunity for me . i got offered a job in london making 440 a week and she is going back to collage 2nd year in bio chem. i lived in the same city as her but got rid of my job due to making no money an living in a shit area in a shit house. she is making me feel bad for going and wants me to stay and says im selfish its really awful u av no idea would love some advice , i think its my god given right to pursue happniess but pity things arent that simple ..

The worst thing that will happen is that you might split up. Everything else is going to be onwards and upwards, so don't stay where you don't want to be just to keep her happy. Ive done it myself, and I regret it, big time.
Go get your career, and as for the gf, if she loved you she'd want you to go. (So maybe get a new gf while you're at it)
