What would you do if you were turned down for a promotion at work b/c your boss wants a more educated person ?
Then when this person starts, they are unable to do the job. The boss comes back to you and says well "You can do it now", yet it's not in your job description, and no more $$, plus this other co-worker keeps her job.
It really depends on whether or not you like the job well enough to endure it. If you're trying to "climb the ladder", find out what classes are required for extra money-school always pays off in the end. Some companies even pay for job-related courses. It may also show your boss you're serious about your employment with the company.

And I love to help an artist look good and to show people that they are worth the while. I like to promote as well. Is there a position that best suits this description in the music field? I want to enjoy the work I do which is why I am starting now. Any ideas?
