Organization Job Titles
What does it signify if a company always has job notices on a job search website?
On a fairly large but industry-specific job search engine site, whenever I type in certain keywords that relate to the type of position I'm looking for in one particular state, I almost always come up with the three same companies that seem to advertise five or six jobs simultaneously at any one time, although the specific job titles may be different. These three companies account for about 50-60% of all the jobs in that category for the state. Does that mean no one wants to work for these organizations, that they have high turnover rates, or could there be other issues going on as well? Thanks.
IT could be that the job doesn't pay well, it could be that the boss is "weird", or it could just be That the Business isn't well known yet.

Can anyone help me come up with a job title?
I am the founder of an environmental organization. We have a website, etc. A friend of mine is doing a lot to help with the networking, etc. of the organization and she wants to mention that on her resume (it's an environmentla organization and she is applying for an environmental marketing job). She asked me if I could help her come up with a job title and I am having trouble coming up with something. Anyone have any good ideas?
This might sound long, but I hope it helps(:
