How would you react if your boss was trying to mess up your job description...and writes the position of office manager and the describes the duty of adim. assistant.
The main purpose is for doing general administrative things when the employer doesn't do that indeed...also says to helo hr procurment....why?

What does 'good organisational planning skills' mean in a job description?
I'm going for an interview for an Office Manager position and one of the skills they desire is 'good organisational planning skills,' which I originally read as good organisational AND planning skills. Can anyone clarify what the company means by the statement?
You are able to independently make decisions and create feesable projects without submitting them for approval unless required, or supervision,etc.
