Obama’s Job Policy
Obama Administration Accomplishments – How His Accomplishments Are Destroying the United States
There are many Obama administration accomplishments which I believe are not accomplishments at all. It is true that he has been able to push through many new policies and agendas since he was elected in 2008, but I can't see how any of these new policies are benefiting anyone in the United States. He is destroying the private sector by pushing through many new hidden taxes and fees. Corporate America doesn't know what to make of the new healthcare laws. Almost anyone can enter the continental United States through Mexico or Canada.
Myth #1: Obama fixed the healthcare system with ObamaCare.
Of all of the Obama administration accomplishments, this single new bill has the potential to completely destroy the United States economy. Our economy cannot handle all of the extra fees and regulations that this bill requires. In the end, everyone is going to pay more for healthcare than what they are paying now.
There are several provisions within the law that are going to severely hamper our quality of life. The law states that all adults under the age of 26 must be covered under their parent's policy if they don't have health insurance. Most insurance companies only cover youth over the age of 18 if they are in college. This new law will encourage adults to stay in college for a few more years since they won't have to pay for healthcare. The new healthcare law requires businesses to provide healthcare to all employees or pay a penalty.
ObamaCare also requires that all children be covered under any policy without regard for pre-existing conditions. In order for health insurance companies to be able to provide this coverage, they have to drastically increase their rates. Large corporations and small businesses will not be able to pay these new higher insurance rates, so they will drop healthcare coverage and pay the penalty fees for not providing insurance for their employees. Of all of the Obama administration accomplishments, this has had one of the biggest effects on the economy today.
Myth #2: Obama is protecting us from another oil spill with the drilling moratorium in the Gulf.
This is just another way to artificially regulate our energy prices. He says that he is trying to protect us from destroying our Gulf shores, but he is giving billions of dollars to George Soros to drill for oil in Venezuela. If he really cared about protecting the environment, he wouldn't be supporting oil drilling in other countries. There are enough oil reserves within the United States for us not to be dependent on oil reserves from other countries. Of all of the Obama administration accomplishments, this is causing us the most number of issues.
Myth #3: Obama created many jobs with his economic stimulus package.
Obama's stimulus package has not resulted in more jobs. The unemployment rate is above 9%, and the total number of jobs has decreased steadily in the last few years. Many experts estimate that the real unemployment rate is much higher than 9%, and it does not take into account the people that have stopped looking for work. The failure of the stimulus package to create jobs has caused the Fed to print billions of new dollars in an attempt to stimulate the economy. This has caused the value of the dollar to fall, and this has resulted in higher gas prices too.
There are many other Obama administration accomplishments that have put the United States on the wrong track. The military did capture Osama Bin Laden under Obama's watch, but former President Bush set these events into motion.

If you lose your job tomorrow, will you still have a favorable view on Obama's policies?
It may take you a few months before the full effect sinks in, but without a job, your whole outlook may change. Do you agree?
500 high paying (union I would guess) oil refinery jobs just disappeared in Delaware over the weekend, the Velaro refinery in Delaware City is shutting down - losing money, hard to believe that a refinery can be losing money. I wonder how those poor people are feeling hearing about the recession being over and how many jobs that Old Joe saved given that most probably voted for him (most of his votes as a Senator came from only one county, New Castle, the county that refinery is located in). I'm sure they are comforted by the good economic news.

Obama and the Middle East
A number of events have transpired since President Obama's speech to the nation about Libya on March 28. Does the president have a real definitive foreign policy? The majority of Americans would say no especially when it comes to the Middle East. His trip to South America during the upheaval and unrest in Libya was just an attempt to avoid the criticism at home and abroad for his lack of a solid Middle East policy. Obama does have a foreign policy, it is a corpulent policy of appeasement, and the willingness to sanction regional instability in the Middle East. The American policy for the Middle East can be summarized as follows:
- Support financially and diplomatically terrorist organizations like Hamas and the PLO at taxpayers' expense.
- Engage in military action with non-threating states like Libya instead of finding a political solution.
- Weaken the state of Israel diplomatically, militarily and economically by advocating an independent Palestinian state inside Israel.
- Bankrupt the US by giving aide to new Islamic regime changers who support and advocate the destruction of Israel and who have no real interest in democracy.
- Betray Middle East allies like Israel, Egypt and Lebanon.
- Strengthen Iran by allowing her to destabilize the Gulf States and create hegemony in the region by allowing her to continue building a nuclear arsenal.
- Allowing the US to be subservient to NATO instead of taking the lead in the region.
- Train and equip Palestinians in military tactics and inteligence with the goal of undermining Israel.
- Pressure Israel to make more consessions without expecting concessions from Palestinians.
- Undermine and infiltrate the governent of Israel with the goal to change leadership and policy.
The US has already lost its prestige and it is rapidly in decline financially and militarily and the enemies of the US and Europe know this. Obama has deliberately put the US in a dangerous position by not supporting the only democracy in the Middle East-Israel. His speech to America lacked substance simply because what he advocated he did not apply to Iran, who posses a much greater threat to the US, Israel and the whole Middle East region. The Obama administration has failed to understand the real threat to our country. When the Iranians were on the streets during the Green Revolution in 2009 and asking for help, the Obama administration did nothing as blood soaked bodies line the streets of Tehran.
Obama mentioned in his speech that, someone like Gadhafi' could destabilize an entire region in a bloodbath. Yet, Iranian President Ahmadinejad's speech in October of 2005 said, Israel should be wiped off the map. Those comments, by a leader of a nation is definitely a major threat to the stability of the region. Obama does not feel that the US should take any action in trying to stop Iran from building a nuclear arsenal. The international community knows that Iran is creating a sphere of influence that will de-stabilize the whole region and undermine US and Europe, yet very little is being done.
What does this say about the Obama's policy in the Middle East? The Arab states clearly mentioned to Obama that the "Head of the Snake should be cut off", (Iran) yet Obama failed to do so. Obama believes that that Libya is more dangerous than Iran. It clearly appears that the Obama administration is more concerned about Libya while Ahmadinejad is preparing a nuclear Armageddon in the region.
GCC Secretary General Abdullatif Al-Zayani condemned "Iran's meddling in the internal affairs of GCC countries", saying it "threatened security and stability in the region".The governments of Gulf Cooperation Council have made it clear that Iran is a major threat to the region, not Libya. The Iranian parliament's foreign affairs and national security committee had said on Thursday that "Saudi Arabia should know it's better not to play with fire in the sensitive region of the Gulf." What all this leads up to, is that Iran is the single most threat in the region.1
Yet in all this, the US position has not moved to deal with Iran ruthlessly. Instead it has watched Islamic protesters in the region proclaim freedom to, death to Israel and America. A good example of the type of manauvering is by the AKP party in Turkey with their language of democracy and reform. Years later, they have become entrentched in doing away with basic freedoms and have become hostile to Israel, America and the West.
All this supported and funded in part by Iran. The Obama Middle East policy is a course of action that will lead the US and the international community into a global conflict, simply because he has failed to act in good faith with the only democracy in the Middle East-Israel.
What should be the Middle East policy of the US? Rubin says it best in a nutshell.
Your job is to protect the United States and its friends from extremism–not apologize, appease, or try to win over your enemies–and help to break this closed circle of radicalism rather than become its codependent, enabler, or–worst of all–join in with its fantasies and misunderstandings of reality. 2
