Paint yourself a vivid mental picture of how you will be in your new job.
Maybe even set out part of a room at home so that you can sit behind the new desk that you'll manifest when you land your new job.

And that is how using law of attraction to get a job works.

Why on earth would Avery Johnson take a job as the Nets head coach?
Yet he declined to coach a MUCH, MUCH better team, the Pistons. What the hell gives? And worse of all, Tom Izzo wants to leave MSU to be the LeBron-less Cavs head coach????????????????
Are these guys hoping their owners' will write themoff big, fat, huge checks? This puzzles me.

I'm honestly not sure what inclined Avery to coach the Nets now rather than the Pistons 2 years ago. I mean, I agree they will be at least be a little bit improved next season but still it's a stress filled, humbling situation for a coach. I wish he would have came here to coach the Pistons. Nothing against John Kuester, but at the time he was hired he was inexperienced and AJ was experienced.
As far as Tom Izzo, I actually think he could be making a mistake. It's true he may have some success in the NBA, but what if he doesn't? I mean he's a brilliant college basketball coach, but so is Rick Pitino and look what happened to him in the pros. There is no guaratee that Lebron will be there next season. Even having Lebron does not immediately guarantee success, but it helps. I think it's unrealistic to expect him to be better than Mike Brown, and he was only about an average coach.
My only worry is that college coaches that leap to the NBA are unsuccessful more often than not. Maybe Tom Izzo can change that trend, if he goes to Cleveland I hope he does well. But I hope he stays with MSU.
I think both of these guys are hoping to walk into a possibly bad situation and make it good, and it's also the very big checks they'll be getting.
