Is it legal for a company to not post a clock out time for shifts?
my job wants to make it so my work group doesn't have a scheduled clock out time on our schedule..they just will tell us when were off, never going over 6 hours. MAking it impossible to schedule anything in my personal life. Im curious if this is legal for a company to do? I live in CA.
