It is the duty of the bank help desk to make people understand these various schemes, services and products. The bank help desk is also responsible for helping people take the correct decision and also in clearing their doubts. They assist customers over the phone or Internet or within the premises of the bank.
• Bank Clerk: A bank clerk is responsible for looking after the basic banking transactions and he or she is also the primary point of contact for the bank's customers. A bank clerk should be able to make calculations as well as fundamental updates and should also have the ability to answer financial queries of customers.
• Bank Sales Officer: A bank sales officer is responsible for bringing new business for the bank. He or she should be able to monitor carefully the investment accounts that are sold to clients.

PARAGRAPH 2:
