How to Give a Good Blow Job: The technique
If you want to learn how to give a good blow job, you will need to master the technique of giving great head, so let's take a look at the art of blowjobs and how you cab master it:
The first question that many women contemplate when giving a blow job is where to start, should you jump right into it and suck the daylights out of him or should you take it slow and start with a little bit of kissing and licking before heading down?
There isn't a right or wrong answer to this one as it all depends on the mood and place that you are in. If you intend to blow him in the elevator, you are certainly not going to have enough time for foreplay; after all you don't want people to catch your man with his pants down. If you are in the comforts of your own bedroom or even a hotel room, you can take your time and make it a grand affair.
Build his anticipation and wait a bit before you indulge him but it's important to not cause frustration. Get your sexy lingerie on, talk dirty to him, kiss him passionately and give him all the works before going south. Once you pass the foreplay, start by taking his member in your mouth.
Always remember to start slow with gentle strokes and some licking and kissing as you feel your man get hard for you, take him in your mouth and such while gripping his shaft tightly; this will emulate the feel of a tight vagina, start stroking in up and down motion as you such him. Remember that just sucking will not do the trick and provide enough stimulation for your man to cum so using your hands is very important.
Try increasing your onslaught on his senses by gently biting the head of his shaft, remember do not apply too much pressure, you don't want him to run away howling in pain unless of course he wants to try out some S&M fun but let's leave that for another day.
Since your one hand will be occupied in stroking his shaft, you will still have a free hand, so what can it be used for? You can either use it to play with yourself, believe me men love it when a woman pleasures herself while sucking him or you could use it to cup and massage his balls. This will add to the sensation and make him cum faster.
Always remember to increase your pace as you go on, start slow but then as you get deeper, suck voraciously and stroke him harder, you will know if you are doing things right by the way your man reacts. If you see him throwing back his head or his hands behind your head leading you on or hear him moaning, you can be sure that your mouth is in the right place.
Blow jobs don't have to be just about your mouth because a good blow job requires the use of your hands, mouth, dirty talk and everything else that you can bring on.

I need help finding a top notch ballet coach in New York?
I am currently dancing in the professional track program at Washington Ballet and I am moving to new york city. I am 17 and ready to start looking for jobs but I wanted to find a decorated teacher who could help to refine my technique and artistry and help to push me over the line of pre professional into professionalism.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!
My suggestion is to take the advanced classes at Steps on Broadway and take privates with one of the amazing teacher's there if you have the money like Berman or Finis Jung. Leslie Browne (Of the film Turning Point) gives privates there too. Also check out Ballet Academy East. Olga Dvorovenko teaches there and is also ballet mistress for ABT. ( Mom of Irina of ABT) Also Francois Perron of Juilliard and Manhattan Youth Ballet.
There are a lot of great choices. I would just check out Steps, BAE and Manhattan Youth Ballet for open classes and try some teachers out. If you find one you like, then approach them. In the meantime, you might want to audition for Manhattan Youth Ballet company. It is sort of a cross over between professional and pre-professional dance. Many alumni's are in very prestigious companies like ABT, NYCB and others.
*Edit: I have never heard of Beth Kurtz in the other answer. Her training seems to be for recreational not professional dancers from checking her site.
