I am wondering where the wild idea of God setting "up governments and countries" and "giving authority to all governments to set up LAWS which are for benefit of its citizens" came from?
I know that there are cases of visions and dialogs with Jesus, The Virgin Mary and a few other saints but someone speaking to God about setting up and given authorities? I guess in siding up and defending the wrong, God decided that only George and maybe a few other special individuals would be able to know God's requests and authorities. I was always under the impression that man "borrowed" God's name to get more authority, In God we trust.
