I am 14 weeks pregnant and have worked at my current job over a year now, can I be denied my vacation month?

I am a full-time salaried employee, and as stated in the job description I get one month off paid. (which is June) I was told by my boss that I cannot have that month off, since I will be off for 6 weeks part of July and August and that would count as my time off (I am due mid-July.) Is this fair or even right?

Yes they can do this. BUT you will want to check into the FMLA with your HR person, if anything can help you it would be that. Do you have any paid sick days available to you? If you don't than most likely you will have to use your vacation time, or take it unpaid.
