The classifieds are also starting to go international so that you can reach even more potential employees with the experience you need. By being able to advertise or have your classified viewed world wide you will have access to many individuals that speak excellent English as well as local dialects. This may also be to your benefit if you are looking to expand your company or diversify your work force.
Trade journals will also contain classified sections that are tailored to a very specific industry and set of trade skills.
